"My family and I have been customers of Alex Baldwin State Farm for many years. We have our home, vehicles and a travel trailer covered with him. Recently I was in a devastating home fire while staying with a dear friend. I lost my vehicle that was parked near the garage and all my personal items brought to stay for a week.
It has taken me longer to complete my claim than most due to current health related reasons. Also my good laptop burned in that fire so I had to pull out my outdated laptop to do the process of a claim. It hasn't been easy to say the least. * Today I want to sing the praises of State Farm agent Kaelynn K (Farmington office). She has worked with me patiently for a few weeks now. Through every hair pulling, tear dropping frustration I'm experiencing. She is kind, professional and full of options. She returns calls promptly for all my questions. She is exactly what a Patron would pray to encounter in such a devastating circumstance. To say "Thank you" just feels inadequate. But I Thank her from the whole of my heart! Alex Baldwin if you read this, she is exactly the kind of professional one wants to keep on their team! She and others on your staff are the difference between staying or leaving a company. I hold customer service to a high regard, and I reciprocate a high standard in my field."

They spend all of the time that you need so that you understand what you're getting and they're so personable and friendly and always have the best prices I spent 45 minutes on the phone today with Lucie going over some policy changes and she never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her or had too many questions. "Mitchel is worthless and did not respond, document or address my issue. I felt invisible as I could not even get him to email or call me back.
I had to physically walk into the office to address my problem. The front desk staff was kind and courteous. The apologized and fixed the issue for me.
I’m beyond angry as Mitchel’s actions and failure to follow through caused me to panic about insurance lapse.
Progressive is much cheaper for the same level of coverage fyi."
